Character Builder Toolkit
A Blender toolkit for assembling modular characters from traits, materials, rigs, and a pose library.
A modular character is not one model. It is a library of traits that still has to look like one character after someone mixes the parts. Doing that by hand does not survive a production with thousands of combinations.
This toolkit is the artist-facing half of that problem: organize the traits, switch them, preview them, and pose them in Blender.
What it does
The N-panel covers import (including SVG), organize and setup, materials, selection, colors, rigging, controllers, trait selection, and a pose library (new pose, remove pose, thumbnail render, pose mode).
It is the same class of tool I used on character-system work such as Scooby-Doo Character Studio: make the combination problem runnable for a team, not only for the person who built the first hero.
What I do not claim
Source artwork and franchise design were not this addon. Several artists posed and reviewed assigned bodies. I built the Blender toolkit and the assembly path.
